This week, William has been cooking for ‘Eat Jersey’. It is a charity event hosted by the Atlantic Hotel to raise money for the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. William made his signature Jaffa Cake Tart served with Maple Orange & yoghurt Ice cream and orange compote.

February saw William return to Gleneagles Hotel to demonstrate a selection of chocolates, patisserie and baked cakes. The recipes all featured Ponthier puree, Amedei Chocolate, and  PCB creation moulds & transfers.
