An integral element of William’s career and business has always been training.

The business continues to produce award winning young chefs who go on to thrive in the Industry. In 2012, William Curley was awarded ‘The Next Generation Award’ by The Academy of Chocolate for contribution to education and training within the industry.

He offers a range or courses and training opportunities with events catered for the general public, amateur chefs, industry professionals and corporate clients.
