William was proud to join an array of international Chocolatiers at the Belgium Chocolate Summit in Antwerp. He was a speaker at the Chocolate Inspiration Conference, with a presentation titled ‘The Road to the Ultimate Chocolate Boutique’. He discussed his own journey, the ups and downs of business and the recent success of the crowdfunding campaign.
He also joined a panel of judges to help decide the 2019 winners of the Belgium Chocolate Awards.
During his visit to Antwerp, William manged to find time to visit his friend and Relais Dessert fellow, Bernard Proot. Bernard and his wife Anne are the owners of DelRey Chocolatier-Confectioner. The boutique is fantastic to visit and very inspiring.
