Spending time in Scotland is always an inspiration for me to develop new recipes so it suited me fine to return to my chocolate kitchen with Burns night just around the corner!
After an evening of haggis, whisky and cranachan I of course need to finish the night with a special selection of Scottish inspired chocolates.
Our special selection of chocolates this year are:
Cranachan – Toasted oat, raspberry, honey & whisky ganache
Pinenut and Blaeberry – A crispy pinenut praline topped with blueberry ganache
Spiced Orange and Drambuie – A dark chocolate spiced orange ganache
Barley Malt Caramel – A rich caramel made with barley infusion and malted syrup
