A trip to Paris is never disappointing for anyone who is a fan of Patisserie. William is no exception and has been frequenting the Parisian Patisseries since he was a young chef seeking inspiration and evolving his dream of having his own shop.
Though based in London, William is a part of the Paris team in Relais Desserts. When visiting the French capital, he will always try to visit some of his fellow Patissier’s boutiques.
