Honey Couture Chocolate Box

We have launched a selection of four chocolates using four very unique varieties of honey:

Hamlands Meadow Honey
Made with ‘Ham’s Honeylicious Honey’, which is produced not far from our chocolate kitchen. We are lucky enough to be in a part of London with extensive meadowlands so the flavour is beautifully floral and fragrant. This chocolate is my new favourite!

Rose Honey & Pistachio
A layer of pistachio praline, topped with a Persian rose honey. This chocolate is inspired by Middle Eastern flavours, the balance of the pistachio base and the sweet ganache topping showcases the taste of this unique honey.

Forest Honey Caramel
A lightly salted caramel made with rich forest honey and topped with a honey ganache.
We chose forest honey for this chocolate as it has such a robust flavour. It is very dark in colour with a strong flavour, which stands up alongside the cooked sugar notes of a caramel.

Lavender Honey
The French region of Provence is famed for the fields of lavender blooming through the summer months. I am lucky enough to have visited during the summer season and the aroma of lavender honey takes me back to the purple fields & sweet scented air!
This chocolate is a pure ganache, with bee pollen and lavender flowers to decorate and accentuate the flavours of the honey.

No additives, preservatives or artificial flavours are used in any William Curley products. Due to the nature of these fresh chocolates, we recommend consuming them within 14 days.
