We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Noalya chocolate. Created by one of Amedei’s co-founders – Alessio Tessieri , Noalya creates what we believe to be the finest chocolate in the world with uncompromising ethics in their relationship with cacao producers & their environment.

With the vast increases in the price of cacao, more and more producers are compromising their chocolate with poor quality beans, increased sugar content or added fats. We are delighted to be working alongside Alessio in the knowledge that like ourselves, he will continue to create only the best.

Aside from Noalya tasting superior to any chocolate we have tried, another element that makes them truly unique is their passion for direct procurement of cacao. Alessio not only creates the chocolate but also travels the world to source the finest cacao possible!

Noalya is now the only chocolate used within the Curley kitchen. We are very proud of our new partnership and hope you enjoy the chocolates!
