For most of us, this summer has been the year of staycations… There are so many parts of the UK I have not yet visited but my holiday this year was a trip back to Fife. While growing up, it is easy to take for granted the beauty of the surrounding area. It was great to take my family to visit the East Neuk and show them the seaside where I used to spend my summers as a child.
Of course, while back I always indulge in the local speciality of a fudgy doughnut!
