During the Summer months, infusions become a focus of our selection of couture chocolates.
Fresh herbs, flowers and spices are an endless source of inspiration when creating chocolates. This season we have added to our collection three floral & fruity chocolates: Cherry & Basil, Rose & Raspberry and Lavender & Cassis. The leaves and flowers are delicately infused into cream to give a delicate flavour rather than the overly intense (sometimes soapy!) floral notes that can be created when adding essence.
