William is just back from a trip to Montreal, Canada learning all about the production and uses of Maple Syrup.
During the visit they visited sugar shacks to see maple syrup produced and restaurants where maple is a key part of the offering.
It was a very inspiring visit. William & the team are enjoying testing the maple goodies for new products. The uses are incredibly versatile and there are even health benefits! Keep watch as the launch of some new maple themed products is coming soon.
