William is excited to be returning to the iconic Scottish hotel that helped shape his career. William trained as an apprentice for three year under the guidance of Ian Ironside, who at the time was considered one of the finest patissiers in Britain. The skills taught during these years formed the foundation of William’s future as a patissier.
From 14th March to 17th March, he will be producing an exclusive chocolate afternoon tea at the hotel.
There will be also be a special dinner menu and chocolate tastings during the week.
The past weeks have been spent developing pastries and cakes for the afternoon tea, with plenty of chocolate and a few William Curley classics no one will leave unsatisfied!
