Terms, Conditions and Cancellations

To confirm a place on any of our courses, we require payment in full at the time of booking. 

If you have booked for a specific date but cannot attend, please let us know 5 working days before the course. We will then provide you with a list of alternative dates, valid for 1 year. Should you or your guest fail to warn us in time that you are unable to attend an alternative date may not be made available.

For groups of eight people or more

We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the remainder paid in full, seven working days prior to the date of the event itself.

Our cancellation policy: for groups of eight people or more 

Courses are priced at cost per head. If we are informed of any change in numbers 7 working days prior to the event, we will adjust the total cost accordingly, provided the minimum spend is reached. Changes to numbers after this time may not be refunded.

Outright cancellation policy: for groups of eight people or more

If for any reason you need to cancel your event or course completely, we require a minimum of 14 days notice for a full refund. If a cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance and less than 14 days in advance of the event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £15 per person. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance of the event we reserve the right to offer no refund.
