Couture Chocolate
October 2011 saw the launch of William's first book in the UK- Couture Chocolate, and we are pleased to announce it has recently been awarded 'Best British Chocolate Book 2011' by Gormand International at their World Cook Book Awards this year.
If you want to get in on the chocolatey action, William will be doing a book signing of Couture Chocolate at Divertimenti on Wednesday 11th January.

Chocolate Workshops
We run a variety of group workshops at our flagship store in Belgravia and they take place most weekends.
You can take a course on how to make our House Dark Truffles, or our award winnind Sea Salt Caramels, each course also includes a n introduction to chocolate, from bean to bar and a tasting of all the chocoalte we use here at William Curley.

October 2011: October was a very busy month for us here at William Curley!
Chocolate Week was a great success, and finishing it off with a stand at Chocolate Unwrapped was great fun - thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello!
We also had great fun at Halloween with a Kid's Chocolate Masterclass, chocolate pumpkins for sale and lots of trick or treaters!
